Phytosterols

Phytosterols (or plant sterols), are a family of molecules related to cholesterol that are found of cell membranes of plants. Specifically – on Chaga, they consist of 45% Lanosterol, 25% Inotodiols and 30% Ergosterol.

Tests show that both Lanosterol and Inotodiols extracted from Chaga kill cancer cells with Ianosterol impacting viruses as well.
